Admissions

Visiting families have the opportunity to meet our teachers, tour our wonderful facility, as well as speak with current families.

A tour of our school is a vital part of getting to know us. During a tour, families not only have an opportunity to see our wonderful facility and meet our teachers,  but they will also have opportunities to ask questions of and address any areas of concern with our Director. Unless you are a returning family, we strongly recommend you schedule a tour as part of your application process. To schedule a visit please send an email to Admissions.

Families who wish to apply for enrollment at SNS, should complete the application, application fee, and  the SNS Co-op Agreement form.  These can be completed online (see above links for forms) or mailed to the school at:

Suburban Nursery School Membership
7210 Hidden Creek Rd.
Bethesda, MD 20817

Please note that we follow Maryland State Department of Education guidelines for age at enrollment. Children must be two years old by September first of the school year they enroll in our Yellowbird classes. Children enrolling in the Bluebird or Redbird classes must be 3 or 4, respectively, by September 1. We request that all children are following the Maryland State vaccination schedule.

At Suburban Nursery School, we offer priority registration for our returning families, siblings and alumni. Families are given priority for enrollment and co-op options according to the date they submit all parts of the application. To process an application for enrollment, SNS must have received completed application and co-oping agreement forms, and the application fee.
